Project Background
The client required a reliable, chemical-free disinfection method for a 27 m³ softened water tank. Traditional chemical dosing was not ideal as it could alter the water's chemical properties. The system needed to be compact, easily integrated into existing pipelines, and highly effective.
Project Overview
This case is applied to the storage and circulation of industrial softened water. The on-site storage tank measures 3 m × 3 m × 3 m with a volume of 27 m³. The system adopts an in-line pipeline installation method, allowing the water flow to pass through the UVC-LED device during circulation and integrating the disinfection process into the water circulation loop.
Operating Strategy
We implemented a compact, inline UVC-LED disinfection unit directly into the recirculation pipeline. The system operates on a scheduled loop, ensuring that the entire tank volume is treated multiple times a day without affecting the water chemistry.
Recirculation disinfection through an inline UVC-LED unit.
Runs exactly 6 hours per day for optimal efficiency.
Water continuously circulates through the unit during operation.
UVC-LED Disinfection System
Designed for industrial recirculation systems, this compact unit offers chemical-free, high-efficiency microbial control with a low maintenance footprint.
• Chemical-Free: Eliminates harsh chemicals, preserving original water quality.
• Compact Design: Inline design fits seamlessly into 2-inch flanged pipelines.
• Continuous Protection: Prevents biofilm formation and ensures microbiological safety.
