1.DRY PACKING: The reel is packed in an anti-humidity bag to protect the devices from absorbing moisture during transportation and storage.

2.FINAL PACKING: The sealed reel is packed into a cardboard box. A secondary cardboard box is used for shipping purposes.

3.RECOMMENDED METHOD OF STORAGE: Before the package is opened: The LEDs should be stored at 30°C or less and 60%RH or less after being shipped from Everlight andthe storage life limits are 1 year. The LEDs can be stored up to 3 years if in a sealed container with a nitrogen atmosphere andmoisture absorbent material.

After opening the package: The LED's floor life is 24H under 30°C or less and 60% RH or less. If unused LEDs remain, it should be stored in moisture proof packages.

If the moisture absorbent material (silica gel) has faded away or the LEDs have exceeded the storage time, baking treatment should be performed using the following conditions. Baking treatment: 60±5°C for 12 hours.

4.ESD PRECAUTION: Proper storage and handling procedures should be followed to prevent ESD damage to the devices especially when they are removed from the antistatic shielding bag. Electrostatic sensitive devices warning labels are on the packaging.

The warranty time is one year.

During warranty time,the repair and parts replacement are free.

After warranty time,it only charge the parts replacement when repairing.

6.  I don't know how to use it, what should I do?

A:We have detailed user manual and video. When shipping,the user manual is included.

7. What about the delivery time?

We have two production lines and stable skilled workers. So it ensure the quick delivery.
